Riley Keough was seen for the first time since it was revealed that her mother, Lisa Marie Presley, died from a bowel obstruction. The 34-year-old actress was spotted running errands in Los Angeles on the same day that the coroner’s report was released.
Keough was dressed in a white tank top and blue and white striped pants, and she carried a yellow bag over her shoulder. She covered her face with sunglasses and looked somber.
Lisa Marie Presley died on January 12 at the age of 54. Her cause of death was not revealed until July 13, when the Los Angeles coroner’s office ruled that she died from complications from a small bowel obstruction. A toxicology test also showed that she had traces of opioids in her blood.
Keough’s family has not yet commented on the cause of death.
The actress’s appearance comes just days after she honored her mother and her late brother, Benjamin Keough, on the three-year anniversary of his death by suicide. “Missing you both,” she wrote alongside a throwback photo of Lisa Marie and Ben.
Keough and her grandmother, Priscilla Presley, have also been in the news recently due to a legal battle over the late star’s trust. The dispute was eventually resolved, with Keough being named the sole trustee of the entire Presley estate.
